each guest gets their own favor. I was at a wedding where they had candy in a box and some had a sticker on the bottom. If you had the sticker you won the centerpiece. They did not have assigned seating but it’s a fun idea which everyone seemed to enjoy

I would suggest two different favors – one per married couple (a little more household type of favor) and one per single guest or unmarried guest.
